Board of Directors and Auditors

Directors of the Foundation are Jan-Olof Ljungh (Chairman), Sven-Börje Ewers (Deputy Chairman), Tomas Bjäringer,
Thomas Sivhed (Secretary) and Fredrik Ydell.

Tomas Bjäringer was nominated by Sigge Ringström as Director entitled to designate his own successor and to appoint one more member of the Board (at present Thomas Sivhed). Remaining three directors are elected by the Philatelic Society of Trelleborg who also designates the two Auditors, at present Rolf Skog and Peter Wittsten. All Directors and Auditors are elected for the years 2012 and 2013.
